Rachel Pauletti brings expertise in assessment, personality, and data science to Stevens Strategy. She has over 7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative methods, assessment, and data analytics as a personality and developmental psychologist. As an associate professor of psychology at Lynn university, Rachel teaches graduate level multivariate statistics, and she has served as an adjunct instructor of statistics for social sciences at Florida Atlantic University and Nova Southeastern University. An academic by training, Rachel has published in some of the leading journals in her field, including Journal of Personality and Social Psychology and European Journal of Psychological Assessment. In addition, Rachel also has experience in accreditation and curriculum development. Her current research is focused on personality as a predictor of retention, persistence, and academic success, where she focuses specifically on the roles of the self-concept and on-campus engagement. Rachel holds a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
