Tala Khudairi has collaboratively led diverse higher education programs and assessment initiatives and managed wide-ranging financial, human, physical and technological resources. Dr. Khudairi has extensive experience in fostering entrepreneurial academic-industry enterprises regionally and internationally. Prior to joining Stevens Strategy, she worked as Vice President of New England Commission of Higher Education (NEASC), where she served as liaison, advised 250 colleges and universities and influenced the improvement to the quality of institutions’ self-study reports in meeting the criteria of the Standards for Accreditation. Prior to the Commission, Tala served students for over a decade as an academic Dean of community colleges, where she advanced the mission of access, and led and transformed Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) divisions to meet the demand for an innovative economy. She is a Fulbright Scholar and completed the Management and Leadership Education Graduate School of Education Harvard University, and Higher Education Resource Services (HERS) Wellesley College. Dr. Khudairi is multi-lingual and enjoys presenting nationally and internationally on leadership, educational assessment and quality assurance. Her degrees include a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NYU Polytechnic, a M.S. in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a Ph.D. in Biology/Pharmaceutical Sciences, both from Northeastern University.
