Stevens Strategy provided an academic program evaluation including facilitation of an institutional program review committee; the design, delivery and analysis of a survey of faculty, students and staff as to the mission relatedness and quality of all revenue generating programs; the design of a revenue center model; and the facilitation of the updating of the college’s existing financial planning model to support the mission and quality program review. All these efforts resulted in a cogent and shared campus recommendation of an optimum program mix for the campus.

Stevens Strategy possesses a level of expertise that is valuable to a major planning or assessment initiative, and on a personal level they were great to work with. John and Bob were patient and explained to us things that not all of us were familiar with, and they also kept us on track to continue moving forward… The SS survey and RCM together yielded a new perspective on what we’re doing and how our constituents view the college in terms of mission and quality, and while we have administered surveys that ask related questions, we had never asked for feedback from such a large audience. All in all, the process was an excellent stepping-stone on our path to becoming more dependent on data-driven planning and campus-wide assessment, and our faculty and staff have learned the value of open communication and sharing of a broad range of data on institutional performance. John Stevens and Bob DeColfmacker are not only experts in the field of higher education but also gentlemen who are a delight to work with. Thank you very much for your guidance!
