Prior to the formation of Stevens Strategy, John Stevens, as a senior member of another firm, provided an organizational review, facilitated the design of a student service center and oversaw the search for a registrar.

We engaged John Stevens to aid us with strategic planning in our registrar’s office. Using a highly participatory process that engaged faculty, students, staff and administration, he helped us create a students first plan for service delivery. The result was the development of our new Student Administrative Services Center which brings Financial Aid, the Registrar and Student Accounts into a single office. He and a partner then helped us conduct a successful search for a new registrar. John was creative and professional in his approach, and everyone was pleased with the results.
