Stevens Strategy developed new university-wide faculty related governance practices and policies for Lewis University that incorporated current industry best practices and received the approval of the University’s faculty. We conducted a governance retreat for the members of the newly formed University Faculty Senate and provided templates for college-based governance by-laws.
