[Stevens Strategy] developed a Board Self-Assessment Retreat for Maine College of Art to help its Board to govern more strategically and understand better its domain of authority and role in a sound system of shared governance. The project included administration and analysis of a self-assessment survey that helped to identify areas needing attention and to develop a strategic governance action plan.
