Bell Cooper, Ph.D., is an accomplished analytics and strategy leader with more than a decade of experience bridging data science, organizational strategy, and program management. She has led projects at the intersection of technology, analytics, and human behavior across higher education, government, and the private sector, helping organizations develop and implement new programs, design experiments and analytical research studies, and make evidence-based decisions. Bell’s expertise includes strategic planning, data systems modernization, applied research, and complex program execution. A former professor of quantitative methods and business analytics, she combines technical fluency in statistical computing and predictive modeling with deep experience in organizational leadership and change management. She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Experimental Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a B.A. from the University of Hawaii.
