Strategic Planning Process

Stevens Strategy provided the design and facilitation of a 5-phased strategic planning process resulting in a new vision, strategy and operational plan for Buros Center for Testing at University of Nebraska, a branch of the Department of Educational Psychology in the College of Education and Human Sciences. This was the second strategic planning process we facilitated for them.
