Operational Planning Process:

Stevens Strategy provided in 2019/20 our 5-phased strategic planning process resulting in a new vision, strategy, operational plan for Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. In 2022 Stevens Strategy updated the operational plan in response to the changes brought on by the COVID epidemic.
