Bob DeColfmacker has been successfully advising Stevens Strategy clients since 2006, leveraging his 35 years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit governance. He’s been a faculty member, administrator, college president, trustee, and board chairman and has significant entrepreneurial experience in various sectors of postsecondary education and private business. Bob’s also successfully guided turnarounds of colleges and real estate development projects. Among his many governance experiences, he has served as trustee and board chairman of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) and Wentworth Douglass Hospital, an affiliate of Massachusetts General Hospital. His interest and expertise lies in strategic management and financial planning for colleges and universities, as well as governing board training and development. He holds a firm belief that successful institutions combine an effective strategy with a strong alignment between governance and management. Bob holds a B.S. degree in Economics and Finance (Magna Cum Laude) from Southern New Hampshire University and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School.
