Strategic Planning Process

Stevens Strategy provided for the third time over the last 15 years the design and facilitation of a 5-phased strategic planning process resulting in a new vision, strategy, operational plan for Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. We also updated the College’s enrollment and financial planning models and continued to support their Applicant Success Assessment system, which we originally provided three years ago.
