Prior to joining Stevens Strategy, Tom Emmet provided an assessment of an institution for a new president and developed institution-wide policy manuals with this president at multiple institutions.

…I have always appreciated Tom’s work. When I first came to Cabrini College over 15 years ago, I asked Tom to do a ‘quick and dirty’ assessment of the place and to please do it on a low budget. I frequently have reviewed that report that Tom did for me—he was right on target in identifying the goals/challenges Cabrini faced. He was also extremely helpful in identifying some outreach opportunities which, unfortunately, we did not take advantage of…. I had used him to high satisfaction at both Colby-Sawyer College and the College of Mt. St. Joseph in Cincinnati.
